Welcome to Sauze d’Oulx, your starting point for unforgettable holidays in the Italian and French Alps. Summer and Winter seasons will provide you with incredible scenery and friendly people. The Vialattea is known to be one of the best and biggest skiing areas of Europe and allows you to ski in Italy and France
Location: The flat is at number 61 in via Clotes, on a small slope just 300m from the city center and 100m from the Clotes chair lift
Layout: The flat is on the 2nd floor of the Condominium Solarium (with small lift, not suited for wheelchairs though) and benefits from a very wide staircase and big landing. The floorplan can be found here.

We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open area kitchen-living room as well as a balcony which goes half-way around the flat.
One master bedroom with a double queen-size bed.
One further bedroom with 2 double bunk beds. These have been custom-made by a local carpenter and are solid wood and can fit adults.
Two bathrooms with toilet and shower, one bathroom also has a bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The cooker is induction only and all pots are provided for this.
The living room has a 3-seater sofa-bed (sleeps 2) and 2 armchairs. The table with 4 chairs is extendable and can sit up to 8 people (4 additional folding chairs available)
The flat has central heating which can be adjusted manually in each room
